Which option should you choose?
Start with the person or situation you are protecting the files from. That answer matters more than the longest feature list.
Choose Apple Hidden if…
You want a free built-in tool, no one else knows your device passcode, and keeping media inside Apple Photos is acceptable.
Choose VaultBox if…
You want a different PIN, on-device encrypted storage, utility covers, a decoy vault and encrypted backup in your own iCloud account.
Choose Keepsafe if…
You need an established iOS-and-Android product and prefer a vendor-operated private-cloud backup model.
Choose Private Photo Vault® if…

Can you export everything without an active subscription?

Start with a test batch. Import two or three non-irreplaceable files, verify them, test lock and recovery behavior, and export one again before trusting any vault with a large library.
